The firm develops reviewed PGMRs that meet the needs of regional county municipalities (RCMs) and cities while complying with RECYC-QUÉBEC requirements. As part of a major collaboration among municipal organizations, the cities of Trois-Rivières and Shawinigan, together with the RCMs of Maskinongé, Mékinac and des Chenaux, retained SOLINOV to review their Joint Waste Management Plan for the 2023–2030 period. The plan includes an updated waste management profile for this extensive territory, covering the main stakeholders, their respective responsibilities and the available infrastructure. It also details the collection methods used for each waste category in every municipality.
