SOLINOV’s team has completed more than 20 residual materials management plan (RMMP) revisions. The firm develops RMMPs that meet the needs of regional county municipalities (RCMs) and cities while complying with RECYC-QUÉBEC requirements. As part of a major collaboration among municipal organizations, the cities of Trois-Rivières and Shawinigan, together with the RCMs of Maskinongé, Mékinac and des Chenaux, retained SOLINOV to revise their Joint Residual Materials Management Plan for the 2023–2030 period. The plan includes an updated residual materials management profile for this extensive territory, covering the main stakeholders, their respective responsibilities and the available infrastructure. It also details the collection methods used for each category of residual materials in every municipality.
